She brought herself back in mock offence, "Me and a dunderhead?" she asked scoffing slightly, though she knew that she was rather one. Slightly disappointed that Asher seemed to think that, and being one, she didn't know if it was a joke or not. Summer frowned even further, "Mmm, let's try a series of them, shall we?" she asked with fake euthanism, "How about, C-Y-N-T-H and then the A?" she asked, filling in the other letters around the I as she thought it was her name.

"Darn," muttered Asher as it turned out Summer was a creepy alien who could figure out extremely easy hangman things. "Fine, you got it. Woot woot to Summer," he said in fake enthusiasum. "You've proved me wrong," he added with a small bow. Then he yawned. "Now what? I'm bored..."

Summer nodded in agreement, "I agree." she said as she snatched the paper and burnt it as she tapped the end of her wand on it and muttered the spell. She wasn't going to tell anyone else her name, Asher could be the one and only for now. Plus, unlike Asher, she had learnt not to just throw things in the bin as people (aka her...) had a tendancy to levitate it out if they wanted it.

Asher watched her burn the paper with a bit of surprise. "It's not like people could've figured out," he commented with a shrug before a hint of confusion displayed on his face. "Erm... does anyone else know your real name? Like Lana for example...?"

Summer blew out the lighted paper and levitated the ashes to the bin, "Nope," she said as she turned to Asher and replied to his question, "You should feel special," she said grinning, then she elaborated by adding some more words to her previous statement, "You're the one and only."

Asher was quite surprised by this. Lana was her best friend yet she hadn't been told. "That-" He stopped as he heard some racking on the window. He turned to it and his eyes widened slightly at seeing a barn owl that he recognized. "Erm, hold on," he said as he got up from his seat and hurried over to the window. "Sorry, Professor," he added quickly since he knew he could easily get in trouble for this action.
Asher opened the window and took a letter fastened onto the owl. Then the owl flew off to the owlery leaving Asher alone with the letter. He recognized the loopy handwriting on the front yet he didn't believe it. His father never wrote to him. Asher placed the letter in his robes for later and took a seat back by Summer with his thoughts clouded.
((Thought I'd finally start working on Asher and his father's anger towards each other...))

"What was that?" Summer asked curiously as she watched him return to his seat. She frowned slightly went he stuffed it away for later as she knew that it never worked that way. And it tended to be worse to open the dreaded letters from her mother later as it would play on her mind until she read what the old hag had to say. ((Lol, finally ))

"Er, nothing," replied Asher. "Just some letter from my dad. Nothing important," he lied. This was partly true since the letter was from his father. However nothing imporant was a complete understatement. This letter marked something new since it was the first letter that had reached Asher from his father in his whole time at Hogwarts.
Asher's curiousity was growing remarkably. Finally he decided to read it now despite that he'd told himself not to. He turned his back on Summer and opened up the folded letter.
Dear Asher,
I've been looking over at the grades being sent to me, and I'm very displeased. Though you may have the surname of your mother, you still have the reputation of a Swinney to uphold. Therefore I expect better things of you.
On another note, your mother has been very sick lately. I won't allow you to see her though since that might bring about a bad name to our family since associating with muggles is not something I'd want to allow.
-William Swinney
Asher's eyes read over the letter with disgust at the first paragraph. When he reached the second one, his expression turned into an angry one. His father wasn't allowing him to see his own mother? The person who had raised him for 10 years? Asher didn't love his mother, but his affection for her was too great to just pass away when she was in sickness.
((Lol, yeah, I know))

And Jasper just sat, watching them. Seeing as he couldn't do anything else. He wasn't listening to the professor. She wasn't really doing anything at the moment. So... he's watching Asher and Summer. Hoorah.

Summer glanced down at her textbook that she had flipped open to a random page and was now pretending to be reading it. She knew that Asher was just lying but didn't want to press the matter further as he clearly didn't want to talk about it. Wanting to help him but wanting to let him be, she felt trapped in her own mind again. She took a deep breathe and attempted to push it aside as she brought in more logical views. She wouln't want to share everything about her family either so she shut it and remained be.

Sarah noticed the class had broken out into talking grinned, "Alright class. Animagus takes a good deal of time but we shall see." She walked to the front of the desk and said, "Now time to demonstrate to those who have never seen an animagus." Sarah slowly let herself sink into her hawk form and sat there ruffling her feathers before lifting into flight and landing on Summer's shoulder.
((there... now you can't be bored ha...))

Ginny had been doodling aimlessly on a piece of spare parchment while shewaited for the teacher to start. She grinned as the teacher turned into a hawk and landed on Summer's shoulder. "Cool..." she whispered, watching the majestic bird with interest. "I can't wait to be able to do that." she said to herself.

Too bad for the hawk, but Jasper had fallen asleep. With his eyes open. Sitting straight up. Strange, yeah, but that's what he did. And it looked like he was wide awake.

Summer glanced awkwardly at her shoulder, which now bore a rather large hawk on it. Naturally, she would of stroked it but she was slightly freaked out that it was her teacher and therefore refrained from doing so as she eyed the animal with curiousity and a hint of awe. Nodding in approval of the teacher's form, she wondered when she'd be able to do that too.

Sarah lifted her wings and lifted in the air, landing gracefully back on the desk. She slowly turned back into a human, scattering a few papers. She hopped down from the desk, noticing that she had got the class' attention. She grinned and said, "Most of you might need a little practice before trying that but today we will be trying to figure out what your form would be. Especially if you can't control it at the beginning, which would not be good. If we have a lion running around then that might cause a few problems..."
