"Yeah, that doesn't sound too pleasant," said Asher with a slight shiver. His mum was always rather high pitched in her yelling, and Asher remembered it quite well since she yelled at him often. She hated magic, and the fact that Asher possessed it seemed to scare her sh*tless.

"Yeah well it's not exactly fun to hear her yelling at me." He grimaced. "Well no sense in bothering about it now I guess." He shrugged "I am fed up with my family anyway including my sister, she's always blaming me for things and no matter what I say my mother always believes tht little brat." He gave a sour face.

Jasper was grinned now, trying not to laugh at Connors... "bad luck" if you wanted to put it that way. Happy that no one would send him a Howler, he dug into his food even more, somewhat happier. About what, I have no idea.
