"True," Lana said, nodding. She enjoyed picking on people. Especially when all her life, everyone else has been pickign on her. This was the one place where she was away from her step-mother and her half-brother. She didn't have to talk to them and that was fine with her. "So, has either of you started Quidditch yet," Lana asked Asher more than to Jessica.

"Yeah, I took one of the chaser positions," replied Asher. "Though I think I'm one the only bloke on the team so that won't be too pretty in a real match," he added in after thought. "What about you? Going to take all that aggression out as beater or something?" he asked with a grin.

"Beater," Lana asked. "Me? Nah, I'm a chaser. I like the idea of scoring and winning the game. Though, technically the seeker ends the game." Lana liked the feeling of scoring and having the attention. Being a beater wasn't that much fun. she tried it and it wasn't as thrilling as being a chaser.

"Well there's something we can agree on," nodded Asher because he too enjoyed the feeling of winning something. Especially something as important as the quidditch game. "Is Summer on the team?" he asked curiously, wondering if he was going to have to play against her too.

Jessica was feeling rather left out of conversation so she just shrugged and listened. Being raised by muggles had some problems. She had never played Quidditch before. She grinned at his only guy comment and shrugged, while listening to them go on about it.

"Yeah," Lana nodded. "She's a chaser, too. We haven't had any practice or anything so I don't know how good she is." Lana secretly hoped that Summer wasn't that good. Maybe she could be the leading scorer on the team and lead the team to win the Quidditch cup.

"All three of us as chasers then," repeated Asher with a hint of amusement in his voice. "That should be... interesting," he said. Of course, he wasn't looking foward to the matches against Slytherin now, because he'd be facing two of his better friends.
