...going back on topic, again... The performances of the trio was pretty good. Dan Radcliffe really improved from the third one, but then again, the only scene he really had to act was the one when he comes back from the graveyard. Rupert Grint definitely improved as well. And, this time he showed that he could be more than just funny. The close up of his evil glare when Harry Potter's name was picked from the goblet was spot on! Who know he had it in him. And, as for Emma Watson's performance...I wasn't the biggest fan of her work in the fourth one. I think Mike Newell gave her too much freedom.

I thought they all did really well according to the book, Rupert was everything Ron should be so i liked that. And the whole 'fight' thing was really well done, and again I liked the after graveyard scene the best ;D I did like Emma Watson though. I thought her preformance was also really good... and too lazy to switch accounts again

Well, everyone's entitled to their own opinions. I just felt that Emma overacted in alot of scenes. That was the weak thing. It wasn't that Hermione was annoying, it was her acting that was annoying. I mean, her style of acting would be much better scen on stage. Her facial expression and the tone of her voice were overdone.

It might've been a bit overdone, but that's how Hermione is. She sorta over does all her emotions. I dunno really though. Lol.
Yeah, my favorite performance of the trio belongs to Rupert Grint. He just really seems to play Ron perfectly. And when I picture Ron in the books, Rupert Grint comes to mind.

Exactly, when I picture Hermione I picture Emma Watson in the first two movies. The second two... her hair wasn't right and I don't really like it. Daniel Radcliffe is ok... but his hair is a bit wierd in the fourth too... I never imagined him with long hair... i liked it in the third movie lol but his acting was better in this one...

Daniel Radcliffe looks like Elijah wood when he was in LOTR. When I watched the trailer, there's a bit where you see Harry walking by I guess the courtyard with cuts on his face and stuff. But, with the music and the way Daniel Radcliffe looked, I thought I was watching another LOTR trailer. lol

I dunno about the LOTR thing... But Daniel Radcliffe does not look like the Harry Potter that I imagine. Neither does Emma Watson. Maybe in the first film but that's about it. But they've let her have too much freedom with her looks in the past few films and stuff.
Oh, I hate it when they use the same music for different trailers. You know that movie Zathura? They used the same music in that as they did for LOTR and that's not cool...

Me niether, the third one, Daniel Radcliffe was good, 1&2 Emma Watson was good.. after that bad...it does look rather odd..
I know its wicked annoying when they do that... I mean like you think you are watching a trailer for one movie ... and its another!

Emma's hair was blonde...Was it just me or did anyone else see that? I mean, yeah, I understand that Emma and the rest of the trio are teenagers, but I seriously think they let them have too much freedom. I mean, other actors sacrifice for their art. They lose or gain weight to look like their characters. They dye, cut, or do their hair to fit their characters. I don't know...Emma needs to have the curly hair like she did in the first two movies.

Even I noticed that and I can't notice flip! (Lol, my best friend once got blonde highlights through her hair and I didn't notice for a week straight). It's okay to let her hair maybe get a little different because as you're growing up, you try new things. But Hermione is not supposed to be that pretty throughout the entire movie. It really ruined the Yule Ball scene because it's supposed to show her looking truly beautiful for once, but you've already seen her looking great in the first hour of the movie. So it's not as big of a moment anymore.
You mentioned the gaining weight thing; well, Tom Hanks is probably the best with that. He truly dedicates himself to his parts. All the stuff he had to do for Castaway... wow. And the same goes to Tobey Maguire. He had to pack on so much muscle for Spiderman and then lose it all for Seabiscuit.

Christian Bale is the best actor known to change his looks for his role. He lost so much weight for The Machinist because his character was suppose to not have any sleep or eat anything. He looked sickly, but he's such a good actor. Then, he gained all that weight back and packed on muscle for Batman Begins. He got his teeth done and worked out alot for his role for american psycho.
Yeah, the whole Yule Ball scene with Hermione looking "beautiful" didn't have that much of an impact because she doesn't look that ugly. She needs to bring back the frizzy hair!! lol. It's the only way! lol.

haha. Yeah, Hermione in the book isn't suppose to be pretty. They're confusing book Hermione with Emma Watson. I have frizzy hair, I hate it too. But, you gotta use the anti-frizzy shampoo. It kind of helps. But, Emma Watson's hair in the movie is just wavy. It's not curly or anything. They need to give Emma a perm. That way she has no choice! lol.

Lol, we've gone into discussion of hair products. My good ole friend commonly known as Hair Boy would love this discussion.
My hair is straight. Straight straight straight. Emily's seen it. And I've seen hers.
I'd love to see her reaction when they go and tell her that she has to get a perm. But she needs to deal and take the perm for the sake of us crazy HP fans.

haha. Emma Watson would be so upset. I mean, what 16 year old girl wants to have a perm. They last for a pretty long time...Oh well, she needs to suck it up and be an actress.
I have met Hair Boy on New Age. In fact, I think he's the first person I met on that site. We talked about his hair and how I can tell someone's personality by simply looking at their hair. lol. I haven't seen him online lately though.
