Summer glanced at her potion, that seemed to be simmering well, "It's looks right..." she said in reply to Lana's question. She sat back down, allowing it to simmer for another 5 minutes or so. Smirking, she glanced up innocently at the teacher, "Yeah sure." she merely answered, hiding the laughter that was boiling inside her. She didn't care if she was in trouble as it was remotely entertaining in this boring lesson. Summer glanced over her shoulder as she wondered what was being thrown to the mugglelover, glancing around she suspected it came from Asher but didn't say anything.

Asher shook his head when he saw that Jessica had ratted out Summer to the professor; that wasn't gonna help her any bit more.He slowly added the horned slugs and then without thinking poured in the quills as well. Suddenly a sound like a rocket went off as Asher's cauldron exploded into his face. When the smoke cleared away, Asher was left standing with potion covering his robes and face.
"Whoops."

Summer quickly spun around and her eyes widened slightly, she coughed from the green clouds of acid smoke. Waving her hand in front of her face, to try and breathe fresh air. "You idiot!!" she yelled above the loud hissing. "Get it off your face!" as she knew that it melts the cauldron, burns holes into people's shoes and gave large boils to anyone who touches it.

Asher had been completely frozen from shock and Summer's yelling broke that away. He pulled out his wand trying to think hurriedly of a spell that would work. "Scrougify!" he called out and pointed his wand to his face. Everything was immediately vanished off his face and so he did the same with his robes. His face was a bit pink and his robes had a few holes down at the bottom, but other than that he was fine.
"I'll just restart then," Asher said to the Professor with a shrug as he got a new cauldron and ingredients. He started to add in the proper ingredients feeling quite stupid.

Summer smiled once the clouds had cleared away, she was glad that he wasn't burnt or anything. She laughed slightly, "Got to admit, it was kind of amusing" she whispered tauntly, turning back to her own potion that had now simmered for long enough. She glanced up and read off the next ingredients.

Millie looked up at the sound of the hissing comeing from a a cauldron. She heard the boy say he would start again and she merely nodded. "This time remember to keep the Quills out until after you remove it off of the fire." She reminded him.
Kristoff ran into the classroom. "Sorry I'm late professor, got lost." He blushed furiously as he took a seat and hoped his sister would havr pity on him.
Millie looked up as Kris entered the room and apologized for his lateness. "That's alright Mr. Bergstrom, just try to be here on time next time." She sighed as she spoke. "Please begin your potion." She told him as he sat down.
Kris nodded and without looking about himself he got out his ingredients and started the potion.

Asher nodded to the new kid, feeling relieved to actually have a guy in class since he'd been stuck with girls so far. His potion was done simmering so he added in his next ingredient and waited again. Plus, the boy was a Gryffindor, so Jessica would have someone to hang out with finally.

((OOC: gees... already Jessica is boring enemy of everyone in the entire school... she didn't MEAN to rat out on Summer... *Sticks out tongue*))
Jessica nodded to the new kid, relieved to have a new kid in her class. She was feeling rather lost in this school already. She slowly stirred her potion but was suprised when it turned a greenish color and started bubbling.
Artemis grinned and took her potion off the fire, while letting it cool. This argument between them was rather interesting to watch.

Kris noticed the girl nod at him and he smiled back at her then added his next ingredient into the cauldron. He then took a moment to look about him and noticed the three other girls and a boy. 'Well atleast I am not the only boy' He thought bemusdely. He then took a moment to glance at his sister but went back to his potion before she saw him.

Sami sat next to her potion, brewing absent-mindedly.
"This has to turn a normal color sooner or later..." Sami said to herself, looking at the hot pink potion. She really didn't want to be here. She looked over and saw a new kid was here. He was a boy. Finally there are more guys around here,

Jessica looked down at her sickly green bubbling potion and wondered what she had done wrong. It was spraying out little bits of liquid so she backed up.
Artemis looked down at her potion which had turned an odd purple color. She wondered, Did I do it wrong?

Kris took his potion off of the fire and added his final ingredient. Then looked about the classroom, he noticed that one cauldron seemed to be spitting at the girl that had nodded at him and he felt a bit sorry for her. She must have doen something wrong because the potion was not supposed to spit or hiss when done right.

Jessica back up a little bit farther and pushed the potion cautiously away.
Artemis noticed Jessica's potion was spitting at her. She shrugged and glanced back down and was relieved to find that it had turned the right color.
Jessica pointed her wand at it and muttered, "Scurgify." She put it back on the fire and started over.

Asher added his final ingredient and then took the cauldron off the fire. He felt relieved that it didn't blow up and even more relieved when it was close to the correct shade of color. He sat down quietly and rested his head on his hands, feeling bored.

Kris looked back at his potion just in time to see it go the right shade and was relieved that he had done it right. Good potion making had always ran in his family but he was no where near as good as his sister and he wanted to make sure he did it right, he did not want to dissapoint her.
