The War has come full circle round the globe. Death Eaters are more bold then ever. The Order has had to extend itself to every magical country that is active upon the globe.
The Heads of the schools have allied into a council. Professors McGonagall & Maxime have stepped down as Heads of Hogwarts & Beauxbatons, leaving in their place Pheobe Black, Nymphadora Tonks with Hogwarts, & Claudia Marcellin at Beauxbatons, to run the schools and become the newest Heads of the Council.
14 Countries have come together, uniting 15 schools. With the help of Merlin, and his distraction of a Tournament of Knowledge, the council of Heads of Schools are able to concentrate on the War at hand.
